A Neighbor We Can Count On
Julie Kerton has been a Brookfield resident for 35 years, where her children attended public school. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Brookfield Board of Assessment Appeals, a board on which she has served for the past decade. A realtor by trade, Julie approaches her work by listening, building trust, and bringing people together to solve problems. Julie previously managed The Lord’s Pantry, a nonprofit serving HIV-positive individuals and their children—where she oversaw a $600,000 budget—and has worked as a children’s behavior therapist in several Fairfield County communities. Drawing on these experiences and her long-standing commitment to service, Julie is ready to support families and build a stronger, fairer community for everyone.
